The spacious Master Suite features an ensuite bath with a deep tub and separate shower, double sinks with granite counters, Flat Panel TV with CD/DVD player and vaulted ceilings. The two other bedrooms both have Queen beds and plenty of room.

Trapper Ridge is a planned community of single family homes just a 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain � both Snowbasin and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Area are within a 25 minute drive. The community features a pool & year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with fitness center, and ping pong and club room for private functions. There�s also a tennis court and basketball practice area, and the neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek�s network, offering about a 4 mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at Clubhouse.

All reservations are billed a one-time processing fee of $30. After-departure cleaning is included for all of our properties.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
