The generous Great Room and Gourmet kitchen surround a floor to ceiling fireplace with comfortable country-style furnishings designed to invite a feet-up lifestyle, and hardwood flooring throughout. The large master suite with a King bed opens out onto the south facing deck, and includes a large master bath with oversized shower and soaking tub with his & hers sinks. A spiral staircase connects the upper deck to the lower patio area. The attached two car garage opens into Mud Room with cubbies for all your snowsports outerwear and convenient laundry area. Downstairs, the family room includes theater seating from which to enjoy the large flat screen TV. Included is an elliptical trainer, perfect for warming up the legs prior to the day's activities. Two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds are offered, and a bunkroom is perfect for the little ones. Outside, this quiet neighborhood includes a trail network and acres of acres of open space for your snowshoeing enjoyment. This home is very private, yet is convenient to Powder Mountain's access road and excellent dining at Harley and Bucks at Wolf Creek. All reservations are billed a one-time processing fee of $30. After-departure cleaning is included for all of our properties.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
