Enjoy privacy amidst a rural setting in this four (4) bedroom + den private with Hot Tub A beautiful home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Eden. With a country feel, you're just minutes to skiing and riding at Powder Mountain, Snowbasin or Wolf Mountain. There's breathing and sleeping room for 6 adults and up to 7 kids in the large bunk room and 4.5 bathrooms, this home is perfect for a laid back ski vacation.

Abundant windows give this home a light and airy feel, and dramatic vaulted ceilings add to the warmth and comfort. The Great Room features a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with wood burning firebox and 50 inch flat screen TV and in the loft area is a pool table. A large gourmet kitchen opens to the combined living/dining area so there's plenty of room to gather, with ample comfy seating. The kitchen is so well laid out you'll barely want to go out to dinner, but several nearby options offer a night off for the chef.

There are 2 Master Bedrooms each have there own fireplace and TV with large ensuite bath boasting an oversized shower and soaking tub and his/her sinks. The fully outfitted den is perfect for catching up on a little work if necessary, with WiFi and printer. There's another bedroom with two queen beds and a large bunk room which can sleep up to 5 kids.

There's an outdoor BBQ kitchen to enjoy on our frequent sunny days; the southern exposure makes this an inviting area to grill up some steaks.

The neighborhood sits along the banks of a mountain stream, and trails invite apr�s ski snowshoeing or trail running (depending on snow depths!) North Fork Park, with it's groomed trails for skate or traditional skiing and incredible hike-to skiing is just a short drive away. 30 day (+) rental. 6 Person Hot tub on exterior deck. hot tub will be filled for winter use only.

All reservations are billed a one-time processing fee of $30. After-departure cleaning is included for all of our properties.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
