This 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 on two living levels. It's location on a cul-de-sac within Trappers Ridge makes this a great family ski retreat.

The Great Room includes and open gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of dining seating and comfortable overstuffed furnishings in the living area centered on the gas fireplace and flat screen TV with CD/DVD/Games. On the main level, there's a private King Master suite with 4 piece bath. The front bedroom offers a Queen bed and shared bath.

The patio connects to the living room and includes and in-ground six person hot tub. The attached two car garage conveniently opens right into the laundry room. There's also additional parking for two vehicles outside and nearby overflow parking for your visiting guests.

Upstairs, there's a family room with both a billiards and game table and flat screen TV adorned by built in shelving, with two additional bedrooms - a queen and twin bedroom room with a shared bath. Comfortable leather sofas offer a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for kicking back after a day on the slopes. The community trail is right out the back door, yet separated by a tiered stone wall which offers privacy.

Trapper Ridge is a planned community of single family homes just a 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain - both Snowbasin and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Area are within a 25 minute drive. The community features a pool & year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with fitness center, ping pong and club room for private functions. There's also a tennis court and basketball practice area, and the neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek's network, offering about a 4 mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at Clubhouse.

All reservations are billed a one-time processing fee of $30. After-departure cleaning is included for all of our properties.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
