This cozy home, which sleeps seven, offers a great location and is ideal for a family with younger children as it's just a short walk to the Clubhouse and amenities; the single level floor plan is convenient and knee-friendly.

Inside, the home has that welcoming cabin-feel. The living area is cozy and inviting with a vaulted ceiling accented with timbers. The comfortable living room furniture surrounds a gas fireplace and cabinet-enclosed television. The galley style kitchen opens to the living/dining area with a large breakfast bar for casual dining and a more formal dining area immediately off the kitchen.

The King Master has its own private bath with separate shower and oversized tub. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo, custom concrete countertop and designer sink. The attached two car garage opens to a convenient laundry/mud room with full size side-by-side washer and dryer. The rear patio offers a large BBQ while the sunny front porch provides views of Snowbasin's mountain peaks.

Trapper Ridge is a planned community of single family homes just a 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain and both Snowbasin and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Area are within a 25 minute drive. The community features a pool & year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with fitness center, ping pong and club room for private functions. There's also a tennis court and basketball practice area, and the neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek's network, offering about a 4 mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at Clubhouse.

All reservations are billed a one-time processing fee of $30. After-departure cleaning is included for all of our properties.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
